Are you part of a larger corporation?

No, I am an individual investor and not part of a REIT, hedge fund, or larger realty corporation. This reduces the red tape that you may experience in dealing with Realtors or other companies. There are no commissions paid either!

How long does the process take?

Based on the accuracy of the information available on the property and location of the property, the process can take as little as a few days. Every situation is different, so providing accurate information upfront is key to a quicker offer and closing

How does this process work?

The selling of a property occurs in 3 steps:

1. An offer for land is made and both buyer and seller agree on the initial price based on existing information on the property.

2. Due diligence is completed on the property to verify it is clear of liens and encumbrances. Any issues with title typically results in adjusting the offer price with the seller based on the severity of the issue.

3. Closing is completed either between individuals, through a title company, or with a closing attorney.
